Our Coaching Process
Discover
In phase one of our three-step methodology, the discovery phase, clients discover their current leadership strengths and areas for improvement. This is accomplished through interviews and a validated commercial personality assessment.
Develop
During the development phase, clients create a tailored coaching plan with specific strategies and techniques for achieving greater leadership impact and progress towards organizational goals. This may also involve developing new skills, behaviors, and mindsets.
Deploy
During this phase, clients focus on putting the development plan into action and measuring progress along the way. Regular coaching sessions provide ongoing support, feedback, and reflection, facilitating goal accomplishment and lasting change.

Our Packages
Individual Coaching | 6 Month Model
Individual assessment
Personality assessment, background interview, approximately 10 interviews with client’s leader, direct reports, peers, and key stakeholders.
Feedback
Feedback on assessment results, leadership strengths, and areas for growth.
Create development plan
Client creates 1 - 3 development goals with success metrics.
Kick-off meeting with client leader and HR partner (as necessary)
Review the client’s development plan. Client gains alignment with leadership on development goals.
Six months of coaching
Two, 60-minute meetings per month in the first three months. One, 60-minute meeting per month in the last three months.
3-month progress update with client, leader, and HR partner (as necessary).
Ensure progress towards developmental goals each meeting; readjust as necessary.
Evaluation of progress at 6 months
Simple form of 360 to evaluate progress on development goals.
Evaluate other measures of success related to improved business results.

6-month coaching paid by individuals (rather than by an organization) is discounted 20 percent.
Customized Group Coaching
Enhance collaboration, engagement, and productivity with our 6-month program customized to meet your organization's strategy and goals. This program is effective for peer groups, full operational teams, and high-potential employees from diverse organizational functions. We guide team members through a transformative journey, building their capacity to lead themselves and lead their teams. Through personalized assessments, development plans, and group discussions participants gain remarkable clarity and build a foundation for years of leadership success.
Group coaching provides a powerful platform for multifaceted development, fostering both individual and organizational growth. This collaborative setting strengthens relationships, enhances communication, and builds a culture of accountability--ultimately leading to improved organizational performance. Participants benefit from increased confidence, expanded networks, and accelerated personal growth. In essence, group coaching transforms leadership by creating a dynamic space where shared experiences and collective wisdom drive sustainable positive change. Group coaching meets twice per month for 60-minutes during the first three months; and one time per month for 60-minutes in the last three months.

Momentum Mini-Engagement
Just in time coaching! This mini-coaching engagement helps leaders gain momentum in a particular area or to realign priorities due to organizational change, burn-out, or personal change. This engagement includes:

Kick-off meeting with HR partner and other stakeholders as necessary
Coaching Sessions
Final feedback to HR partner and other stakeholders as necessary

Prioritize and Thrive
This intensive 4-week engagement delivers a focused and transformative experience, equipping leaders at all levels with critical clarity to prevent overwhelm and drive success. By dedicating time to understanding organizational priorities, charting a clear path, and identifying key opportunities, clients—from CEOs shaping strategic direction to individual leaders defining their roles—gain invaluable perspective. This engagement features a two-part focus: first, organizational strategy, and second, personal career aspirations, with a key emphasis on aligning (or addressing misalignments between) these two crucial areas. Through deep reflection and dialogue, leaders will address fundamental questions of mission, vision, and values, progressing to strategic considerations of core talents and priorities, tactical performance measurement, and individual professional development and relationships.
Ultimately, this coaching empowers leaders to become more grounded, focused, calm, resilient, and powerful by harmonizing their personal and professional goals with the overarching organizational vision, providing a clear, actionable framework for sustained success.
