The Process of Coaching

Discover

In phase one of our three-step methodology, the discovery phase, clients determine their current leadership strengths and areas of improvement. This is done through interviews and a validated commercial personality assessment.

Develop

During the development phase, clients create a tailored coaching plan with specific strategies and techniques for achieving greater leadership impact and progress towards organizational goals. This may also involve developing new skills, behaviors, and mindsets.

Deploy

During this phase, clients focus on putting the development plan into action and measuring progress along the way. Regular coaching sessions provide ongoing support, feedback, and reflection, facilitating goal accomplishment and lasting change.

Luck by Design offers 6-month and 3-month individual coaching packages, custom group coaching packages, and just-in-time coaching for those experiencing a single issue or who are not ready to commit to a multi-month package. Coaching is typically done virtually, and we accommodate clients from any time zone.

Team Solutions by Design

In addition to coaching, Luck by Design offers tailored team building programs and events exclusively for businesses in our local community and surrounding areas. We focus on in-person experiences, as we don't find virtual team building effective. For organizations outside of our local area, travel expenses will be billed separately at cost.
